- Symmetrical Speeds: Upload and download speeds are equal, making multitasking—like streaming, gaming, and video calls—seamless.
- Peak Performance: Even during peak usage times, fiber handles multiple devices without congestion or lag
- Better for Shared Connections: Ideal for households or offices where multiple users need reliable, high-speed internet simultaneously.

Before we can bring fast, reliable, fiber optic internet to your home, we need to get Right of Entry from your landlord or property owner. We’ve tried to make this process as easy of possible, and there are a few different methods.
Could the below be shortened and used here or is that TMI? Below is what I share with residents when they contact us, so they understand there is a process, and it takes time. We could also borrow from the Apartment Community page with the “4 steps” section with the same photos.
Thank you for your interest in Mainstream Fiber internet services & we would like to bring our fiber internet service to your apartment building. Since we currently do not have infrastructure at this location and it is private property, we require permission to conduct an on-site survey. This survey will help us determine how our fiber lines can be routed to the building and distributed to all units.
Once we have permission to access the property, our engineering team will begin the deployment design and evaluate the project costs. If the costs align with our financial model, we will then work directly with the owner/manager to complete the MDU agreement. Upon receiving the signed agreement, we can move forward with scheduling the installation of our fiber services.
If you can provide the owner/manager’s contact information below, we will reach out to them and guide them through the process.
