If these are in order, and your currently have power, but you are still experiencing an internet outage, please contact us at (844) 635-1849 to report the outage, report the outage through your Mainstream Fiber Account.

Have you lost internet connection due to a power outage?

Once your power is restored, please allow 15 minutes for your device to reset before reporting storm-related issues.
