I am so impressed by this company. I recently, moved back to this area after living in many states: Michigan, Alabama, Georgia, Ohio, South Carolina, and North Carolina. My realtor referred me to this company as she’s has them as their provider. Thus far, I am really impressed. An extra “shout out” goes to Karen in Dispatch for her superior customer service. It is so refreshing to see that customer service is still alive!

Had a tech named josh who came to help me 3 times(showed up very quickly) to help me set up my internet and tv really couldnt have done it without him thank you mainstream hes very smart and knows his stuff

Mainstream employees have been beyond kind from beginning to end. Specifically Karen in installation has been EXCELLENT. The communication and care given was the best I’ve had for a service providing company ever. Each time we spoke, it was like talking to a friend! So excited to have a service that CARES about their customers!

Mainstream service is excellent! Had an outage from Wasps, they thought the box would be a great place to set up house. I killed the wasps, tech was out the next day! Speeds are great and the people are nice. Box is sealed up so smooth sailing on out. (Seriously though, reader keep an eye out for the wasps!)

We have been with Mainstream for a few months now and are incredibly happy with our service! With our previous provider I had to call every month with an issue in our service. With Mainstream we haven’t had any issues. I work from home so reliable service is very important to me. When I have had issues with my online account set up they were quick to respond and called me with 15 minutes of my email. We couldn’t be happier!

Guy, Caleb & Jake are an awesome crew- they even let me take a picture with my squirrel chawkins please make sure the picture I sent you gets on the internet. Thanks to the excellent crew.

My internet Fibre was knocked out by Townsend Row clearing for Duke. Whomever knocked down the cable was very well aware and never reported. I called October 3 to report the outage. I went on vacation and called a few days later to report issue again.

Our service and everyone on our road lost service yesterday. This was on the worst weather day of the year so far. When I called to report the issue I was treated with concern and understanding. Somehow our main line was cut, maybe by another utility working in the area. The crew worked all day in the worst weather and repaired the line and restored our service without question. This is how all businesses should be operated. Thank you to all at Main Stream!

William was very helpful with setup and understanding of the new system. Installers were respectful, courteous, and helpful.

I live in a rural area where for years my only option was satellite internet service. It was horrible. Slow and unreliable. When mainstream entered the market I jumped to get on the waitlist and eventually had fiber service installed. I haven’t looked back.interruptions are rare and I can move a lot of data. I work at home and deal with large data sets (1billion records +) on a regular basis. I have no issues doing my work with mainstream’s service. In addition I’m able to wirelessly connect a series of routers together in order to broadcast WiFi to every corner of my property. Love it. Highly recommended.
