Contract Buyout Program
Step 1: Complete the Mainstream Fiber Networks Contract Buyout Form (available at the link to the right) and submit it to our Regional Sales Representative or scan and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org
Step 2: Sign-up for service and pay your deposit. After paying the deposit, you’ll receive your Mainstream Fiber customer contract.
Step 3: Sign and submit your Mainstream Fiber customer contract.
Step 4: Once our services are installed, provide Mainstream Fiber your final billing statement from your previous service provider and your customer account will be credited up to a maximum of $250.
